For office visits and healthcare facilities

How you can best support our attendance initiatives across the school district!

Hang a decal or poster in your location to show the community you support Every Day Matters and encourage attendance in your waiting areas
Remind your customers/patients that returning to school after appointments is important
Think about creating flexible office hours to allow students the opportunity to visit your office before or after school or weekends. Encourage scheduling appointments at the beginning or end of day
Ask your students and their guardians if they’ve experienced school absence due to health related reasons
Provide guidelines on when a child should stay home, if sick or anxious when covering health checkups
Feel free to partner with the FSC by providing support, education and ideas
Work with community partners to ensure our children have access to medical care and/or health coverage
